Zo Pancoast

Zo Pancoast (she/her/hers) grew up in Berkeley, California. She was first introduced to The Mosaic Project as a student in 4th grade, and their focus on empathy, conflict resolution, and assertive communication inspired her to return as a Children’s Board Member, Youth Leader and Staff. In high school, with a passion for increasing voter participation among young people, Pancoast began advocating for lowering the voting age in local elections and led a team that pre-registered over 700 students to vote. Pancoast is entering her first year of college after taking a gap year, where she is interested in studying Cognitive Science.
