What is included in registration?
Registration includes access to pre-event networking, live content and Q&A sessions on October 14, 2021 and access to on demand content through April 15, 2022.
I want to register a group of people, does everyone need to register individually?
Multiple people can register under a group name by clicking the "Group Name/PGC Registration" link on our registration page. The assigned Primary Group Contact (PGC) will receive a custom registration link and instructions to forward to all group members. We do not reccommend registering on behalf of someone else.
May we register an individual or group by phone?
No. All registrations must be done online to ensure information is complete and accurate. If you have technical difficulties while registering, you may contact us
I would like to cancel my registration. Can I request a refund?
Registration is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person thru Friday, October 8, 2021.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Yes. To transfer your paid registration, please contact us
. Transfer requests must be received by October 8, 2021. After the requested transfer is complete, your original registration will be cancelled.
I registered as an individual, but should be in a group registration (or vice versa). How can I make that change?
Please contact us
in order to correct your registration type. Please include your group and primary contact names to help us complete your request. Once complete, you will receive a new confirmation email noting the change.
How do I change information on my registration?
After registering for the 2021 SEL Exchange Virtual Summit, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to your registration portal. Here, you can update and change your information related to the event.
Are there discounts for early registration?
No. We are offering a discount for groups of 4 or more.
Do you have a group rate? / How do I register my group?
We are offering a group rate for the 2021 SEL Exchange Virtual Summit.
- Groups must be 4 or more, $100 per person, billed to one invoice
- Group Name and primary group contact (PGC) must be affliated with every group
- The PGC will provide instructions and a custom registration link to all group members
- All group members must use the custom group link to complete their registration under the assigned group name
Do you have a student or teacher discount, financial aid, or scholarships available?

Do you accept check payment by purchase order and invoice?
Yes. During registration, when prompted to pay, select "purchase order" payment type, upload your PO form, and enter your PO #. Purchase orders will require a credit card to be entered until full payment is received. Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached invoice and payment instructions.
- Purchase orders must be received by October 13, 2021.
- Invoice payments must be received by December 14, 2021.
- If either of the deadlines above are missed, the credit card on file will be charged.

I am trying to complete my registration but I keep receiving an error in processing my credit card.
Typically, a credit card will decline due to your bank flagging charges for your protection. Please contact your bank to make them aware of your purchase and resolve the issue. In the event that you continue to experience complications, you can contact us
