Educators struggle to integrate effective SEL strategies into daily routines, both for their students and for themselves. Mindful Practices and Class Catalyst exist to fill the gap between research and practice with data-driven plans contextualized to each partner’s needs, ongoing educator training, and an innovative web-based platform that promotes student voice and agency. Mindful Practices’ approach is supported by a quasi-experimental study that demonstrated significant growth in social awareness and self-management, resulting in a CASEL SELect designation. Harmony SEL is a social and emotional learning (SEL) program for pre-K-6 grade students designed to foster communication, connection, and community both in and outside the classroom.
