ABOUT THE SEL EXCHANGE
Hosted by the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL), the Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) Exchange is the nation’s largest forum on SEL. The SEL Exchange is a unique and timely opportunity for those who are committed to creating caring, productive, and equitable schools and communities that develop the whole child and ensure that all students can thrive. With demand for SEL at an all-time high, now is the time to come together, share what we know, and anchor ourselves in advancing high-quality research, practice, and policies.
ABOUT CASEL
The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) defined SEL more than two decades ago. As a trusted force for field-wide unity, quality, and collaboration for nearly 30 years, CASEL is helping make evidence-based SEL an integral part of education from preschool through high school to impact generations to come. CASEL is proud to host an annual national forum focused on ensuring high-quality work while advancing learning and innovation in our field.

“I was lucky enough to attend the Virtual Summit with the focus on identity, belonging and student agency. After we listened to student voices, our team went away to try and really articulate what it was that we could do to make identity, belonging and agency more visible and explicit for our colleagues. It sparked a lot of our professional learning last year.”
– Marna MacMillan, Curriculum Coordinator at School District #43 (Canada) and 2020 Virtual Summit attendee
